Kyiv, September 17, 2024 – Dr. Kevin Liu, President of New Western University (NWU), USA, was formally invited by Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University (V. Dahl EUNU) to visit the V. Dahl EUNU campus. During his visit, Dr. Liu held fruitful discussions with V. Dahl EUNU's First Vice-Rector, Professor Dmytro Marchenko, alongside Vice-Rectors Oleksii Tselishchev and Ruslan Halhash. As a significant outcome of the visit, Dr. Liu and Professor Dmytro Marchenko, on behalf of V. Dahl EUNU, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two universities, marking a cornerstone for future cooperation and a new chapter in their development.

This Memorandum lays the foundation for comprehensive collaboration between NWU and V. Dahl EUNU, committed to expanding academic exchanges, joint courses, research initiatives, and cultural engagement. Both institutions aim to leverage their strengths to create a wider educational platform for students, including those from Ukraine, offering enriched learning opportunities across disciplines.
