Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a 100 percent refund of the amount paid for the institutional charges, if notice of cancellation is made through attendance at the first-class session, or the seventh (7) calendar day after enrollment date, whichever is later.

Cancellation occurs when the student gives a written notice of cancellation to the university. The student can mail, hand deliver, or email the cancellation; the cancellation notice cannot be accepted verbally (i.e. via telephone). Date of determination is defined as the date the written notification is postmarked or the date the letter is delivered to the institution in person.

Refund Policy

Student has the right to cancel the student's enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid through attendance at the first-class session or the seventh (7) day after enrollment, whichever is later and shall be refunded 100% of the amount paid for institutional charges, less a $75 nonrefundable application fee and $165 nonrefundable program registration fee. The school shall refund any amount paid by Student within 45 days after it receives the notice of cancellation. Notice of cancellation may be given by mail, email, hand delivery, or fax. The notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective when deposited in the mail, properly addressed with postage prepaid. The written notice of cancellation need not take any particular form and, however expressed, is effective if it states that Student no longer wishes to be bound by their enrollment agreement.

Students who withdraw from the program prior to completing sixty percent (60%) of period will be refunded on a pro rata basis. However, if a student withdraws from the institution after completing sixty percent (60%) of the period, no refund will be issued.

If the amount that the student has paid is more than the amount owed for the course time attended, then a refund will be made within 45 days of withdrawal. If the amount that the student owes is more than the amount already paid, he or she will have to make arrangements to pay it.

Students who withdraw or are administratively withdrawn will receive a refund of tuition according to the following table:

Week of Withdrawal : Tuition Refund

Week 1 : 100%

Week 2 : 90%

Week 3 : 80%

Week 4 : 70%

Week 5 : 60%

Week 6 : 50%

Week 7+ : 0%

For example, if a student who is registered for 8 units and paid $4,400 withdraws from the university during the fourth week of the term, the student would receive a refund of $3,080:

$4,400 x 70% (Student withdraws during Week 4 of the term) = $3,080
