Refund Policy

Students have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a 100 percent refund of the amount paid for the institutional charges, if notice of cancellation is made through attendance at the first-class session, or the seventh (7) calendar day after enrollment date, whichever is later.

Cancellation occurs when the student gives a written notice of cancellation to the university. The student can mail, hand deliver, or email the cancellation; the cancellation notice cannot be accepted verbally (i.e. via telephone). Date of determination is defined as the date the written notification is postmarked or the date the letter is delivered to the institution in person.

Refund Schedule

Students receive a prorated refund, based on the date of withdrawal, according to the refund schedule below. For students who withdraw after the cancellation period (defined above), the application fee ($180) and registration fee ($20) for the current and past terms are non-refundable. Applicable refunds are provided within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal date.
