On September 23, 2024, Dr. Kevin Liu, President of New Western University (NWU), and Mr. Yurii Kushnarov conducted an academic goodwill visit to the National Aviation University of Ukraine (NAU).

The meeting served as a professional dialogue to share perspectives on innovation, artificial intelligence, and the application of emerging technologies in higher education.

During the visit, representatives of both institutions signed a symbolic memorandum of goodwill to express mutual respect and shared interest in advancing academic innovation.The document represents a non-instructional understanding, reaffirming that all educational and administrative operations of NWU take place within the United States.
