On September 30, 2026, New Western University (NWU) held its virtual

commencement ceremony via Zoom for the MBA Class of 2026.

Members of the class received individual recognition for their academic

achievements. Participants joined from the United States, Ukraine, Romania,

Poland, and Taiwan to share in the celebration. NWU board member Caroline Pan

also attended the ceremony.

In his commencement address, President Kevin Liu recognized the persistence

and determination students demonstrated while balancing professional, family,

and personal responsibilities. He emphasized that NWU is their university,

too, and that they are always welcome to return to continue learning and

growing.

In a prerecorded message, Vice President Diane McGiffen expressed her pride in

the students’ determination and commitment to their education. She thanked

faculty and families for supporting them throughout their studies and reminded

students that they remain part of the NWU family, encouraging them to reach

out whenever they need support or guidance.

The academic dean highlighted the knowledge and practical skills students

developed through their coursework and Capstone Projects, and acknowledged the

faculty members who supported them throughout the MBA program.

New Western University congratulates the MBA Class of 2026 and wishes its

members continued success.

As President Liu told the class: “Go — and shine.”
